INGREDIENTS
Strong coffee-5 ozl
Sugar-5 oz
Eggs-4
Milk-1 pint
Salt- small pinch

Castor sugar for garnishing
METHOD-
First of all boil the milk and keep it to cools down. Take a bowl and beat sugar and egg. After few minutes add milk, a pinch of salt and coffee. Take a pie dish and pour the mixture in it and then keep it stand in a container with boiling water partly way up the dish and cook in a moderate oven till it become a bit firm. Leave the firm baked mixture to cool. Sprinkle castor sugar when the pudding cools down.
