Cajun Candied Pecans


Ingredients


     Karo Light Corn Syrup- 2/3 cup 
     Sugar -1/4 cup 
     Spice Islands Louisiana Style Cajun Seasoning- 3 tbs
     Pecan halves -4 cups

Method-

Ø Take a large bowl and merge Cajun seasoning, corn syrup and sugar.
Ø Now add pecans and mix it nicely and gently for coating.
Ø Pour mix on baking sheet which is creased by parchment paper.
Ø Now bake pecans for about 20 min at the temperature of 350 degrees F.
Ø Stir it at regular intervals of time. It may be repeated regularly after every 3 min.
Ø Put it on cooling rack and use fork to separate nuts.
Ø Chill it completely and store at room temperature in air tight container.
