SPINACH SOUP



INGREDIENTS


spinach leaves 4  cups
water 2  cup
chopped onion -1  onion
milk 1  cup
plain flour (maida)- 2  tablespoon
fresh cream 1  tablespoon
butter 2  tablespoon
pepper and salt

METHOD-

First of all wash  out the spinach leaves and cut down thick stems. Now boil the spinach with water for about eight minutes or till you feel it is cooked. Keep it aside so that it cools down. As it cools down make a puree and keep aside. Take a pan and put some butter in it. Now add chopped onions and stir fry for three minutes on medium flame. Fry till the onions turns transparent.  Add flour and fry it on low flame. Add spinach puree,salt,milk and pepper. Cook it for three minute on low heat. Finally add fresh cream and serve it hot.
