Ingredients-
Paneer -250 gms
Fresh Cream-200 gms
Tomato Puree-200 gms
Butter-2-3 tblsp
Fenugreek leaves-2 tblsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Green Chillies-2-3
Salt
Method-
- Take a pan, add butter, add green chilies, fenugreek leaves, tomato puree, and red chilly powder, salt, and fry it for few minutes in simmer flame.
- Now add cream and garam masala. Cook it for 5 minutes.
- Lastly add paneer cubes. As it is cooked, garnish it with coriander, grated paneer, and cream.
