INGREDIENTS
Refined flour-300 gm
Eggs- 3
Sugar -100 gm
Butter- 1 gm
Baking powder- 20 gm
Vanilla essence-few drops
Milk -300 ml
Blueberry compote -30 ml
METHOD
For the batter, mix flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla
essence, baking powder and butter together.
Pour a thick layer of the batter on a hot griddle.
Add blueberry compote on top and cook the pancake on both
sides till done. Repeat for remaining batter.
Place on a plate; sprinkle some icing sugar on the top.
Serve with maple syrup and honey.
