INGREDIENTS
- Refined flour- 300 gms
- Eggs- 4 ns
- Butter-100 gm
- Sugar-100 gm
- Baking powder 20 gm
- Vanilla essence – few drops
- Milk-400 ml
- Strawberries, sliced- 6
- Icing sugar- to garnish
Method-
In a blender mix all the ingredients except the strawberries
and icing sugar, and blend.
On a hot griddle, add some butter and pour a spoonful of the
above batter and spread it.
Place the
strawberries slices on the top and cook the pancake on both sides.
Arrange it on a plate and sprinkle some icing sugar on the
top. Repeat for remaining batter.
Serve with maple syrup and honey.
