MACARONI FRUIT PUDDING


 INGREDIENTS-

Short cut macaroni- 6 oz
Water
Salt -1 tsp
Milk-1 pint
Egg-1
Golden syrup-2 tablespoon
Currants -2 oz
Sultanas-2 oz
Butter1- oz
Grated nutmeg 

METHOD

Take a pan and put salt in water. As the water boils add macaroni in it. after boiling macroni drain water. Put the macaroni again in a pan and add water. Boil it. don’t forget to stir all the time. Remove the boiled macaroni and mix in beaten egg and also add golden syrup. Add the  butter and cleaned fruit. Mix it well.  Put the mixture on pie dish and spread nutmeg over the mixture.   Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven.
