INGREDIENTS
- Rice flour-200 gm
- Coconut grated-150 gm
- Sugar -50 gm
- Cardamom powder- 5 gm
- Ghee -50 ml
- khoya -15gm
- Water as required
Method
Heat a little ghee in a pan, add grated coconut, khoya and sugar,
cook well till it form as a mixture and keep aside.
Mix rice flour and water to prepare a batter for pouring
consistency.
In a non stick pan, add a dash of ghee, pour spoonful of
batter and spread it. Make a thin crepe. Once cooked, flip on to a plate.
Stuff the filling into the crepe and fold it. Repeat for remaining
batter.
Serve.
